RETURNS POLICY

When you purchase products from the Yours Mine Design webstore, we offer a 14-day returns option. The products you return shall be in the same condition as they were delivered to you and must be placed in their original packaging. Please note that returned products shall not contain animal hair. We are not required to accept or refund returned products that are damaged or used.

We ask that retailers contact our liaison directly.

If you notice upon receiving a product that it has been damaged during the delivery process, please make a notice of damaged goods at the pick-up location and inform us as soon as possible by emailing info@yoursminedesign.fi to arrange an exchange or return/refund.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

If you wish to return a product/products, follow these instructions:

Send an email containing the following information to info@yoursminedesign.fi:

Order information:

    • Order number
    • Name of recipient / person who made the order
    • Payment methods (for payment through online banking mention IBAN and bank’s BIC)
    • Email address:
    • Reason for returning the product

Yours Mine Design customer service will send you written instructions on how to return your order.

Your order or the products returned shall be refunded in accordance with the payment method you used. If you return an order with which you used a promo code, the code will not be reactivated. Pack the products carefully when returning them. If a package containing the products you wished to return is misplaced during delivery, Yours Mine Design is not liable to refund you for the misplaced delivery. Be sure to always keep your package receipt safe until the package has reached us and our customer service has started to process your return. If a product you returned is misplaced during delivery and you do not have a receipt, it is your responsibility. Your receipt is your proof of having taken the package to be delivered to us. Yours Mine Design will not refund you for expenses arriving from returning products.

If you received free campaign gifts with your purchase, you must also return those gifts, or Yours Mine Design is entitled to deduct the value of those products from the refunded total.

 

RIGHT TO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

Products ordered through our webstore come with a right to exchange if the price of the product you purchased is the same as our listed price for the product you want to exchange your product to. Our customer service will confirm that the product you want is available and what the delivery time will be. Unfortunately, products ordered through our webstore cannot be exchange at a retail location.

If you wish to exchange a product to another product of a different price, you must return the first product, for which you will receive a refund, and then place a new order for the other product.

The products you return shall be in the same condition as they were delivered to you and must be placed in their original packaging. When trying out a product, please pay attention to not leaving any smells, stains, hair, or animal hair on the product. We are not required to accept or refund returned products that are damaged or used.

If you purchased a Balmuir product from a retailer, we ask that you contact the customer service of the retailer in question.

 If you wish to exchange a product:

    • Order information
    • Order number
    • Name of recipient / person who made the order
    • Email address:
    • Reason for the exchange
    • The new product you want instead

If we have the product you want in stock, we will send you the product as soon as possible once we have received the product you originally ordered, and we will send you an email containing your new package tracking information.
