TERMS AND CONDITIONS, SHIPPING COSTS, DELIVERY TIMES
Yours Mine Design’s webstore displays prices in euros (EUR), and prices include VAT in accordance with the applicable VAT bracket. You can see the taxes and prices without VAT in the Shopping Basket and Checkout stages, once products have been added to your basket. All prices are non-binding, and we (Yours Mine Design) reserve the right to any changes in pricing and to cancel or revoke any purchase if, due to technical difficulties or human error, there has been a mistake in pricing information. If such as pricing error occurs, we will contact the customer immediately, and the customer will have a chance to cancel their order. In addition to product prices, the customer shall pay for delivery. More detailed information regarding deliveries and pricing can be found on the Delivery Cost and Terms page.
Payments at Yours Mine Design’s webstore take place through the payment options provided by Paytrail. To ensure that shopping with us is safe and secure, your credit card and payment details shall be encrypted.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Under Finnish consumer protection legislation, our customers have 14 days to return or exchange the products. Learn more and see our instructions for returning products on the Right to Return and Exchange page.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All international deliveries are subject to the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) policy, and delivery fees are collected based on the products purchased and the country where they will be delivered. Any possible import or tax expenses are charged directly from the client. We recommend that you contact your local customs beforehand to learn what the total cost will be before deciding to make a purchase. Some countries follow various threshold where customers are not liable to pay for any import taxes or duties.
If you order products for someone other than yourself, please make sure that the recipient is aware of the fact that any import taxes or duties shall be their responsibility.
Yours Mine Design does not accept any responsibility for any of the abovementioned expenses, and because import taxes and duties are country-specific, we cannot help our customers with these matters. We recommend that you check the applicable customs duties and import taxes in your country before placing an order, and if necessary, contact an expert who can help you with import tax and duty questions.
Yours Mine Design does not accept any responsibility for any delays that are caused by customs procedures in the customer’s country.
PROMO CODES AND GIFT CARDS
We do not exchange gift cards into cash/money. Gift cards are applicable for their full value. If a customer returns a product that was paid for using a gift card, we will refund the payment back onto the gift card.
Promo codes cannot be used with any other discounts in place, and discounts are only granted for “normal price” products unless otherwise stated in writing. If you use a promo code for your order and return the product, the promo code will not be reactivated.

We strive to deliver every order within the listed delivery time, once we have confirmed your payment. All deliveries are subject to availability/stock and possible security checks.
We do not accept any responsibility for any loss that you experienced due to a delayed delivery or delayed deliveries that are a result of our partners’ operations. We do all that we can to ensure that deliveries arrive as they should.
If you do not receive your order in due time, please contact our customer service. In these cases, we try to send you your products as soon as possible, or you will have a chance to cancel your order. We will refund your payment once the products have been returned to us in good condition or have been classified as lost by the transportation company.
We always deliver our orders to the address that was provided to us upon placing an order. If products are returned to us because they could not be delivered due to a wrong address or due to the delivery company not being able to reach the customer to deliver the package, we will refund the customer’s purchase after deducting any delivery cost and possible added expenses if the transportation company requires Yours Mine Design to pay a fee before returning the items. If we need to resend your order after it has been returned to us due to reasons that are not part of a normal delivery process, Yours Mine Design may exercise its right to collect any additional delivery cost from the customer in full.
If the products you receive are faulty or we have sent you the wrong products or the wrong number of products, please contact us as soon as possible, 7 days from the delivery date at the latest, by emailing email@example.com. Do not sign any delivery as received if the packages are damaged or opened, but make a complaint with the delivery company instead.
Product delivery fees include packaging and mail fees. You can check the price for different delivery methods on the Checkout page once products have been placed in the basket.

Please note that duties, taxes, and charges may be applicable depending on your country and collected while the order is being delivered. The customer is responsible for handling these matters.
We aim to ship all deliveries within two business days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in stock. If delivery times vary, you can check estimated delivery times on our product pages. During sales or campaigns, the delivery times may differ from our usual delivery times. If we do not have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to deny a customer from placing an order under some special circumstances:
- we lack some of the products you ordered
- you live outside our delivery area
- there has been a pricing error on our website due to human error
with one or more products (for more information, check PRICING)
If we have to cancel your order, we will let you know as soon as possible, and we will refund the total sum of your order. We will refund your payment in accordance with the payment option you chose, 14 days after your order at the latest. We accept no responsibility to provide any extra compensation for your loss or disappointment.
If the products you receive do not match your order, the products are damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong products, please notify us in writing about this issue within seven (7) days of receiving the delivery. If the delivered package is damaged, the customer shall make a complaint immediately at the pick-up location and must then contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yours Mine Design does not accept any responsibility if the customer does not notify Yours Mine Design within 30 days of placing an order about a product that has not been delivered.
If you notify Yours Mine Design of not receiving your products within this time period, it is our responsibility to:
- provide you with any missing products
- replace damaged or faulty products
- refund the customer’s payment in accordance with the payment method used by the customer to pay for the order
Unless otherwise mandated by law, we do not accept any responsibility for any indirect loss, damage, or expenses (including loss of profit or commercial value). Yours Mine Design’s liability for any mistakes or errors is limited to the liability stated by mandating legislation, and we do not grant any guarantees or insurances beyond the liability mandated by law.
The customer shall follow all applicable regulations and legislation, including acquiring any and all necessary customs-, import- or other permissions, to make a purchase. Importing various items may be prohibited by national legislation in some countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn about the abovementioned matters and to take any necessary action. Yours Mine Design will not handle any of the abovementioned issues on the customer’s behalf.
